  • Abstract

In this paper, we highlight the benefits resulting from imposing energyconserving equilibria in entropic lattice Boltzmann models for isothermal flows. The advantages are documented through a series of numerical simulations, such as TaylorGreen vortices, cavity flow and flow past a sphere.
