AB - <p style="text-align: justify;">In this paper, we propose the Laguerre spectral method
for high order problems with mixed inhomogeneous boundary
conditions. It is also available for approximated solutions growing
fast at infinity. The spectral accuracy is proved.
 Numerical results demonstrate its high effectiveness.</p>
