The 26th International Conference on Domain Decomposition Methods (DD26), organized by the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), will now take place ONLINE from December 7 to 12, 2020. To take into account the various geographical locations of our participants, plenary talks are scheduled at a time that is reasonable for most time zones, and parallel sessions are scheduled twice a day in such a way that participants can attend at least one out of two sessions comfortably. Also, talks will be recorded for later viewing by other participants (subject to consent from individual speakers). The full schedule can be found on the conference website at the link below.
Registration is now open. The registration fees are HKD800 (about USD 100) for regular participants, and HKD400 (about USD 50) for students. The deadline for registration is October 31, 2020. Participants who have previously registered and kept their fees for 2020 are automatically registered, and they will be contacted for refund arrangements.
We have reopened the call for minisymposia and contributed talks. Proposals should be in the form of a plain text e-mail to dd26@math.cuhk.edu.hk. For minisymposia, please provide a title, a short description of the subject matter, and a list of speakers for the minisymposium. For contributed talks, please provide a title an abstract. The deadline for submitting proposals is October 15, 2020 (extended deadline). Previously accepted minisymposia and contributed talks are automatically accepted for this round.
Thanks to the generous support of the Hong Kong Peihua Education Foundation, we are now accepting applications for financial support, including registration fee, from graduate students, postdocs and junior faculty based in Mainland China.
