2005 International Summer School on Arithmetic, Geometry and Topology on Shimura Varieties
7/3-7/15, 2005 Center of Mathematical Sciences, Zhejiang University
http://cms.zju.edu.cn/conference/2005/arithmetic/

Shimura varieties are fundamental objects in modern mathematics and have been studied from various points of view such as arithmetic geometry, representation theory, differential geometry, topology etc. They have played a fundamental role in the Langlands program. The aim of the summer school is to bring together world leading experts to give an introduction to various aspects of Shimura varieties and a survey of recent developments.
