Abstract
Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the organizing committee, this is to cordially invite you to participate in the 5th International Workshop on Numerical Analysis and Applications of Fractional Differential Equations, which will be held on November10-13, 2023 in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. In recent years, a remarkable surge in research efforts across various scientific and engineering domains has centered on dynamical systems governed by fractional differential equations (FDEs). Numerous computational fractional dynamic systems and their applications have emerged, signifying the growing importance of this field. The primary objectives of this international workshop are to facilitate meaningful dialogue among researchers and practitioners invested in this domain, introduce newcomers to the field, showcase innovative concepts, present cutting-edge research findings, engage in discussions about future trends and challenges, and foster collaborations across disciplines.
Topics include, but are not limited to:
1. Mathematical modelling, analytical and numerical techniques of fractional dynamic systems;
2. Numerical methods and numerical analysis, such as finite difference method, finite element method, finite volume method, decomposition method, matrix method, meshless method and so on;
3. Applications of fractional dynamic systems in electromagnetics, biology, environmental science, finance, signal and image processing, fluid mechanics, chemistry, physics and medicine.
