Position Description:     

The Center for Mathematical Sciences (Website: mathcenter.hust.edu.cn), at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, invites applications for the following open positions:

(1) Assistant/Associate Professorships;
(2) Postdoctoral Fellows. The Center will also sponsor qualified 
candidates to compete for the National Junior Endowed Professorships. The Center's current research themes include stochastic mathematics, core mathematics, applied mathematics, computational mathematics, mathematical physics, quantitative biology, mathematical geosciences, and data science, but applicants in all areas of mathematical sciences will be considered.

The compensation packages (salary, start-up funds, and housing allowance) are highly competitive, and are commensurate with qualification and experience. The positions are open until filled, but applications completed by the deadline will receive full consideration.

Applicants should have or expect to have a PhD degree in mathematical sciences or related fields, together with distinguished or promising research credentials.
