Abstract
Dear Colleague,
Statistics, Optimization and Information Computing (SOIC) is an open-access
international refereed journal dedicated to the latest advancement of statistics,
optimization and applications in information sciences.
SOIC has been indexed in Mathematical Reviews, MathSciNet, DOAJ, Google Scholar,
JournalTOCs., Statistics and Probability Journals List, Crossref,…
SOIC is entirely not-for-profit. Accepted paper will be published online free
of charge. Papers are requested to be submitted for consideration of possible
publication via online submission link on SOIC’s website. We will appreciate
you if you or your colleagues will contribute to SOIC in the near future. The
attached are contents of SOIC, Vol.3, 2015. Please kindly help forward it to
potentially interested reader.
Thank you very much for your support and help to promote the journal.
Best wishes,
Prof. David G. Yu
