Abstract
10 月30 日，国家留学基金管理委员会公布了2015 年国家公派出国留学选拔计划，将选拔各类国家公派出国留学人员25,000 人，比2014 年增加17%。选派类别主要为访问学者、博士后、博士研究生、硕士研究生、本科交流生等。
国家公派出国留学按照科教兴国、人才强国战略和留学工作方针，自1996 年以来共选拔16余万人出国留学，按期回国率保持在98%以上，为国家经济社会发展提供了强有力的人才支持，为推动中外教育科研交流与合作、促进中外人文交流做出了积极贡献。
2015 年选拔简章及各项目选派办法将于2014 年11 月上旬在国家留学网 （http://www.csc.edu.cn）公布。符合条件的中国公民均可按规定的程序和要求申请。
