This conference is supported by NSF. The principal lecturer is Professor Zhangxin (John) Chen from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
A few other distiguished speakers will be invited for the conference.
Limited support is available for travel and lodging. Application for participation and possible support must be made by February 28, 2006.
Both established researchers and interested newcomers, including postdoctoral fellows and graduate students are welcome to attend.
Women and minorities are strongly encouraged to apply.
